Fathers Day has never been a huge thing for me, it’s been almost 10 years since I spoke to mine but I enjoy going to the KMS Tools Show & Shine almost every fathers day weekend to see all the dads out passing down generations of knowledge and passion to their kids. It truly is a sight to see.

As you can see the weather was not the nicest Vancouver has to offer but none the less the place was packed with some gorgeous cars!

A large variety of pre 1972 cars showed up to the show, including some rare vintage cars like this one. I’m not even going to pretend I know what it is… But it’s cool!

The rain put a damper on some of the aspects of the event, I really wanted to see some of the beautiful detail in this car. There was some great care put into the restoration of such a machine.

KMS also has a restoration shop next door and this is one was front and center of their shop area. Lots of little details in this one including the shifting mounted outside the driver side door.

It seems with the weather they didn’t the their signature drill powered cart was parked out of commission. It’s a lot of fun to watch the staff take this thing out and rip around the show as people do double and triple takes on the drill powering it!

A work in progress is always fun to see at these shows. I watched this one drive up so I can honestly say… the motor works very well!
Anyway it was another fun day out at the KMS show, looking forward to next year!
